Mornington Brewery Brown in an English-style Brown Ale, Brewed using classic imported English malts. It displays all the wonderful rich and toffee characters associated with these malts. Deep golden brown with hints of red, aromas of toffee, brown sugar and raisins greet the nose. The palate offers more toffee and raisins, with a supporting cast of chocolate and nuts. Rich, full-bodied, smooth and moreish.

This English Brown ale, is a style made with chocolate & dark crystal malted barley used in its brewing. This results in luscious toffee & chocolate nut aromas with a soft lingering mouth feel.

Brewed using a combination of Australian Pale and Crystal malts with generous servings of Tasmanian Galaxy and American Amarillo hops. It's a rich bronze coloured brew with a big, nutty malt taste. Combined with the sharp hop bite of the Galaxy and the classic Amarillo citrus burst towards the end, its no wonder we've been crafting this beer for 10yrs now. We said wed never make an IPA, because Moo Brew (and Mona) owner David Walsh isnt into IPAs. Then we made a Limited Release IPA and made Walshie drink it. He did not fire us. Plus it sold like hot cakes (and won a bunch of stuff). So we added an IPA to our core range. And its a lighting-strike tempting 6.66% alc/vol.The Moo Brew IPA is light in colour, using a well-balanced pale base malt bill with some specialty malts from Germany thrown in to give it some complexity. The hops present big, fruit-driven notes coupled with a piny, resinous backbone that makes your tongue furry (in a good way, promise). This sprightly, heavily hopperised (thats a technical term) brew is guaranteed to stand tall even in this most oversaturated of beer categories.

Refreshingly differentA blend of Citra and Cascade hops delivers a distinctive XPA aroma and refreshing burst of citrus flavour, with a clean finish. At a modest 3.8% ABV, OBrien XPA is surprisingly full-bodied. Complements seafood dishes like fish and calamari.
