Buller and Muscat have been inseparable for almost a century, and the reason is quite evident in the bottle. Rich and luscious to the front palate and balanced with a subtle length of flavour that seems to hover for an eternity. A winner of multiple gold medals, Buller's Premium Fine Muscat is a must for any true fortified aficionado.

Quinta do Noval Vintage Port

Quinta do Noval is the go to Port house for those who prefer VP in a more elegant guise. 1995 was a terrific year at Noval and now almost 20 years old, it is a beautifully balanced and supple wine with a lush, plump texture and smooth, round tannins. Intense flavours of plums, raisins and dark chocolate abound with a hint of secondary development now peaking through.

Barbadillo La Cilla Pedro Ximenez

Barbadillo, an established quality Sherry producer since 1821, continue to produce some of the 'Jerez Triangle's' best examples for great prices. Proud to introduce their "reserve" level Pedro Ximenez, La Cilla, to our range, this exotic Sherry is made using sun-dried racking which emparts a luscious rainened flavour up front. On the wonderfully viscous palate, sultana flavours come to the fore with obvious notes of caramel. The wine though is beautifully balanced with sweetness that is not over the top in any way. Perfect served over some rich vanilla bean ice-cream!

Gonzales Byass Elegante Sweet Cream

Deliciously sweet but not cloying it finishes clean with great length. A delightful cream Sherry that needs to be tried by every enthusiast.

Gonzales Byass Elegante Amontillado

A partnership between Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel and Robert Black Byass dates back to 1835 and was the birth of Gonzalez Byass in Jerez, Spain. Their Amontillado shows nutty aromas and a touch of baked goods and a palate of salted nuts and spice.

Cockburn's Late Bottled Vintage Port

Cockburn's Special Reserve Port is one of many new premium quality and historic ports to join our range at Dan Murphy's. Established by Scotsman Robert Cockburn in 1815, who returned to Portugal after first visiting the country as a soldier fighting under Wellington in the Napoleonic Wars. Cockburn's vineyard holdings are some of the largest in the Douro region which gives the house valuable flexibility in selecting only the very best fruit for their ports. This LBV Port is from one specific vintage harvest and has been matured in oak for 4-6 years. Notes of Morello Cherry and dark chocolate makes this Port a spicy must have!

McWilliam's Royal Reserve Brown Muscat

Noilly Prat is the most famous of all Vermouths, a dry, straw-hued vermouth from Marseillan, in the Hérault département of southern France.
