Macedonias wine history dates back before Alexander and was considered one of the best wine making regions by the Roman empire. Today, Macedonia is continuing its rich wine heritage with modern interpretations of both indigenous and international varieties. This white blend is aged in Amphoras based on ancient versions dug up in Dalvinas vineyards. This dry white shows aromas of citrus and granny smith apples, creamy mouthfeel and long clean, fresh finish.

Clonakilla's Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is an exceptionally delicious example of the ever popular white blend, showing lovely bright and precise fruit characters throughout. Domaine de Chevalier uses traditional methods when making their flavoursome white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Fermentation occurs in oak casks and is then aged for 18th in oak, some of which is new. This practice was abandoned by many in Graves, only to be (rightfully) regenerated to allow wines of substance and character to be produced once again. Chevalier's Blanc is a wine that is taut and restrained that opens up over a six to eight year period to reveal a wine of supreme delicacy.

A rare and truly special wine from Malaga in Spain. Vines 900 meters above sea level cling to very steep, schist slopes and produce fruit of great purity, acidity, and minerality. A delicately sweet wine, it is a wonderful and rare alternative to Sauternes.
