Coola Road Riesling
Coola Road 2015 Riesling has a crisp acidity and a lively palate, which is representative of the region. This 2015 vintage has a perfumed nose of green apple and pear. The fruity perfumed nose leads into a well-balanced wine with a refreshing and lasting palate of citrus and lime. A lengthened minerally acidity is also present. An immediate reward or one that would cellar well for several years.
Coola Road Chardonnay
Coola Road 2015 Chardonnay has elements of subtle French oak and low yields. These elements used in conjunction with the region's cool climate has enabled this medium bodied Chardonnay to retain its attractive and delicate flinty notes and balanced acidity. This wine has a complex nose of lemon and pear with a lasting palate of melon and crispy apple. A superb wine, which is a true representation of Coola Road’s focus on quality.

Another wonderfully structured, single vineyard gris from ourrugged, coastal vineyard. For anyone who loves a texturalwhite with a crisp and lasting finish, it has a nose of nashi pear and a delicious, lingering palate of citrus and green apple. One that drinks well now but will also cellar well for several years.
Cottontail Wines Sweet White Bunny
This wine is based on fruit sourced from our Chardonnay block and is harvested later than usual to help produce a semi sweet, fruit driven style with a clean crispy acidity. The nose displays characters of rose petal, cumquat and sweet lychee, while the palate shows rich sweet fruit flavours of apricot consume and peach melba, which lead into a balanced fresh finish.Ideally enjoyed slightly chilled. The balanced acid makes it an excellent choice with arange of Asian style foods.

Full-bodied white, pale straw in colour. Lifted aromas of rockmelon, white stone fruit, and vanilla bean. A complex layered palate, showing white peach and nectarine flavours, beautifully balanced with textured oak. The creamy mid-palate evolves into a long and mineral finish.
