919 Reserve Sangiovese
Sangiovese is an Italian grape variety suited to the warm climate of South Australia's Riverland. This wine has delicate pink hues, but intense aromas and flavours of cherry, watermelon, strawberry and spicy vanilla. Pair 919 Reserve Sangiovese with smoked duck, savoury charcuterie or pizza, and finish with a cherry tart. Serve lightly chilled or at room temperature or cellar until 2023.
Raw Vine Estate Organic & Preservative Free Cabernet Sauvignon
Perfumed with red berries and plums on the nose, a medium bodied wine, berry on the palate with encapsulated red fruits and choc-mint. Structural tannins and balanced with a rich sweet finish. Another quality Cabernet from South Australia's Riverland region.
Raw Vine Estate Organic & Preservative Free Shiraz
Dark red colour with purple hues. White pepper and a hint of beetroot skins on the nose. Nice and elegant on the palate. A firm, bold and expressive wine that potrays the characteristics of the Wratonbully region. Pairs beautifully with most spicy cuisines.
Wild Fox Organic Chardonnay
A nice straw colour and a bouquet of lifted ripe stone fruit characters of white peach and nectarine with toasty oak hints adding complexity. Stone fruit and lively citrus characters gives this wine a lovely palate complemented by vanillin oak and a tight acid structure providing backbone and length.
Ella Semmler's Orchard Chardonnay
Produced by 919 Wines, who specialise in sustainable viticulture. The Ella Semmler wines are grown on their Loxton vineyard and are certified organic.Bright straw green. White peach, nectarine, melon, marzipan and sea salt. Fine and tangy fruit core of nectarine and pineapple, with focussed, mouth-watering acidity. Shows elegant free-run purity yet with a satisfying creamy mouthfeel.
Grant Burge Sparkling Vintage
Richly perfumed with the mouth-watering aromas of freshly toasted sourdough, custard danish and home-baked yoyo biscuit. The zesty perfume of lemon curd and citrus zest is complemented by a hint of oceanic oyster shell and sea spray. The persistent bead drives the long and elegant palate which is creamy yet crisp, with rich flavours of honey-almond nougat and citrus tarts, complemented by a slate-like minerality and the zesty zing of acidity akin to a freshly picked lemon.
Malagouzia White Dot Moschofilero
Pale yellow colour. Aromas of rose petals, lemon blossom and citrus dominate the nose, while the palate is characterized by freshness due to the acidity, soft round texture and long aftertaste. An excellent aperitif wine. Goes well with seafood, fresh salads and pasta. It can be great companion to traditional Greek stews.
