Vibrant citrus notes of lemon, lemonade and passionfruit. Hints of sherbet, lime sorbet and lime curd. A fresh and clean palate with chalky acid that gives nice structure.

Pale straw yellow in colour. Aromas of ripe peaches, stone fruits and fig with a delicious waft of wild honey and native wildflowers.
