This wine is based on fruit sourced from our Chardonnay block and is harvested later than usual to help produce a semi sweet, fruit driven style with a clean crispy acidity. The nose displays characters of rose petal, cumquat and sweet lychee, while the palate shows rich sweet fruit flavours of apricot consume and peach melba, which lead into a balanced fresh finish.Ideally enjoyed slightly chilled. The balanced acid makes it an excellent choice with arange of Asian style foods.

The palate is intense, rich and full bodied with creamy lemon curd, orange zest, blossom, white peach and vanilla flavours, perfectly balanced oak and acid and a long, structural finish. Match this to classic creamy garlic prawns or mushroom risotto. Drink fresh, or cellar 5-10 years. Serve chilled. Consume within 3 days of opening for freshness.
