Callington Mill's Enigma depicts the heart of the Callington Mill Range. It's a journey into the known and mysterious An intriguing and captivating journey into complexity and elegance - resulting in a truly enigmatic single malt aged in Ex Sherry oak casks from Jerez De La Frontera, Spain and Ex Port Oak Casks from the Douro Valley, Portugal.

Building on The Splendid Gins classic signature tipple, the MESMERIC maintains a delicate balance of traditional botanicals with a renewed intensity of mandarin, navel orange and bergamot. A quadruple distilled grape spirit, blended with the purest of tasmanian spring water presents an exceptional foundation for your mixological masterpiece.

Creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes, which give way to sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice. The whisky is matured in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine barrels plus finished in rare Morris Muscat barrels, previously used to create multi-award winning Muscat. COLOUR: Deep rich copper with reddish hues. NOSE: Rich with dates, figs and sweetness of dark molasses. PALATE: Well balanced and complex. Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with creamy mouth feel. FINISH: Superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying after taste that lingers on the palate.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Gin is created using limonene, one of the main compounds found in cannabis plants. The limonene adds an ultra-rich profile to the spirit, mingling alongside notes of juniper, mandarin and lime, and finishing with soft spice. Limonene is also found in citrus peel and is said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to relieve stress and naturally decrease anxiety and depression.

Corowa Characters celebrates the people behind the whisky made at Corowa Distillery in Corowa NSW. A very approachable, single malt, wine cask whisky that exhibits floral characters with honeycomb sweetness on the nose. The palate indicates the combination of French and American Oak influences and the sweetness follows through with good spirit integration.

Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. It makes for a perfect after dinner gin. VOL / 500ml ALC / 33.5%
