Red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky Pinot Noir wine with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spices and a mineral note. Its medium bodied but still very generous for Pinot Noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.

A wine of purity and freshness, allowing the crisp Sauvignon Blanc fruit to do the talking. Classic Savvy aromas of cut grass herbaceousess with citrus and passionfruit to the fore and hints of green herbs. The palate is a burst of freshness that juxtaposes vibrant fruit flavours with clean andrefreshing acidity. It finishes long and clean and would pair well with a seafood pasta.
