When young, Fontanafredda Langhe Nebbiolo features a fragrance which is wonderfully spontaneous and full of surprise. In its bouquet, colour, and generous, velvety body this wine brings out all the typical qualities of the grape it is made from. Later in life, its colour becomes garnet-red with strong orange shades, and its nose deepens, with traces of withered flowers, such as rose and above-all geraniums. It's warm, soft, well-bodied flavour is velvety and well-balanced, lingering in the mouth.

Rizieri is located among the beautiful hills of Diano D'Alba, in the heart of Langhe, at an average altitiude of 350 metres. Most of the vineyard work is done by hand. The harvest is entirely by hand. The principles of sustainable agriculture as set by the Piedmont Region are closely followed.. The delightful Nebbiola d'Alba is described as follows - Bright ruby-red with garnet reflections. Intense nose packed with rosehips, ripe red fruits and marinated cherries. Balsamic and spicy hints, powder, dark chocolate and hazelnut in the background. In the mouth, it is elegant, harmonious with good freshness, velvety tannins and a long finish. A perfect reflection of the variety and of origin, it shares bouquet and elegance with the Barolo.

The nebbiolo grape has declined in this D.O.C. Langhe to exalt the peculiarities of the hills and bring some tradition on to tables. A young wine, but at the same time important, where the tannins with delicate softness and spicy aromas inebriate the nose, also recalling vanilla and caramelized notes. A wine that make every day a bit more special. Cascina Ghercina Langhe Nebbiolo 2016 vintage is a light ruby red colour. Deceiving to a wine rich in potential. The nose has aromas of spice, hints of hay, and tobacco. Tannins leave a pleasant feeling. Pair this wine with roasts, meats, and soft cheeses.

From the marriage of the Queen and King of the Langhe, Barbera and Nebbiolo, comes Lautus, a wine of extreme finesse and nobility, destined for a long life. Lautus, from the Latin “elegant, distinguished,” embodies the best characteristics of the two grape varieties that make it up: the intense ruby and softness of Barbera are complemented by the austere and tannic trait of Nebbiolo, to give it structure and longevity. Lautus is the expression of two opposite characters that meet and complement each other in a relationship of perfect balance.

Tasmania's east coast is Pinot territory and Spring Vale one of its best exponents; plum, bramble and lavender aromas, plush palate and silky tannins make this a standout.

Woodlands Cabernet Merlot is one of the regions best examples. The Watson brothers are the custodians of a family heritage in Margaret River that continues to this day. The Cabernet Merlot has attractive and complex aromas of dark berry and plum supported by well integrated vanillin oak.
