The perfume is driven by a combination of violets, ripe cherries and cedar notes. A powerful palate of plums, black currants andnuances of bay leaf. Food Matches: rack of lamb, roasted vegetable lasagne ora juicy rib-eye steak. Peak drinking: Ready to enjoy on release but cellaring upto 10 years from vintage will find further complexity.

Margaret River is a very special place to grow wine and our winemaker needs to develop an intimate relationship with the vineyards from which we source these grapes. Their history, their microclimates, their constraints, their nuances all need to be respected and harnessed to deliver into the winery the very best expression of that vineyard. Grapes that can be transformed into wines of great depth and character – always honestly reflecting their sense of place. Only the finest parcels of fruit make the grade for these Fidium wines, with each wine carefully blended from the most premium barrel selections.

Blind Corner Sangiovese
Blind Corner Quindalup Cabernet Sauvignon
Employing elements of appassimento—inspired by the wines of Valpolicella—this is a fascinating Cabernet, totally different to anything we know of on the market. It comes from two blocks in the Blind Corner Quindalup vineyard, where the soils are sand over pea gravel with a granite base. The fruit was fermented naturally with no acid additions or fining. Maturation occurred in mature oak. A portion of the ferment was first air-dried before fermentation (appassimento), a process intended to soften and lengthen the wine’s tannic frame while adding layers of flavour complexity.
Devil's Lair Wines Cabernet Sauvignon
Devil’s Lair Cabernet Sauvignon is complex and layered, characteristic Margaret River lively aromas, fine tannins and subtle oak characteristics. The Devil’s Lair Cabernet shows primary blackberry fruit aromas with a deep core of dark cassis, ironstone minerality and abundant yet supple tannins. The fruit is the work of Viticulturist Simon Robertson who has guided growing at Devil’s Lair vineyards for more than 20 years. The wine spends more than a year on 100% French oak both old and new.

This Cabernet is pure class, showcasing all the stunning characteristics you'd expect - plum, cassis, and red berries, complemented by rich chocolate notes. Powerful yet elegant, a well balanced wine. The finish brings in bay leaf, cedary spice, and smooth, refined tannins.
Round Puzzle Cabernet Malbec
This wine has character and class, with Malbec adding richness and enhancing the vibrant fruitiness ofthe blend. Blackberry, plum, and black cherry flavors shine through, complementing the Cabernet's traditional notes of blackcurrant and cassis. The wine dances the line between serious and fun,finishing with fine, long, silky tannins and a hint of mocha spice.
