All capped off with some lime zest on the finish to complete this supreme crisp dry white wine.

This medium bodied and elegant wine is a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon enhanced with a small percentage of classic varietals. The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

The making of Dragonfly Sauvignon Blanc Semillon centres on capturing the fresh and alluring tropical and seasonal fruit flavours from the region. A minute portion is fermented in French oak barriques to add a layer of intrigue to the wine. Enticing aromatics of passionfruit, tropical notes, kiwi fruit and lime zest. The palate is crisp and refreshing, having a depth of flavour, tropical spectrum, and a long fine finish.

Redolent in ripe cassis and dark chocolate aromas, the palate is long and structured with perfect poise and balance.
