Copperwave distilled Gin follows the classic London Dry style. Made from certified organic spirit, and complex combination of botanicals and extracts, cardamon, coriander, juniper berries and nutmeg, together with virgin rainwater from the Hunter Valley, Australia.

Unique Australian & Traditional gin botanicals are vapour distilled through a column basket with triple distilled cool~climate wine and then blended with Pinot Noir to produce our Goddess Pink Gin.

We start with our handcrafted, triple distilled vodka, a traditonal blend of botanicals with a refreshing addition of Lemon Myrtle and Green Tea. Resulting in this crisp, dry gin which is sure to take your martinis to the next level.

Oriental Gin by Vino Cellars is infused with 8 of the finest botanical ingredients. You will find juniper, coriander, cinnamon and star anise base notes, followed by refreshing notes of cleansing lemongrass and creamy chrysanthemum flowers. The flavours in Adelaide Gin are floral in nature, built up using a traditional range of spices including cardamom, juniper, orris, coriander, and nutmeg, as well as the beautiful richness of Kangaroo Island lavender.Adelaide Gin is a sophisticated dry gin, perfect when served neat. Those who prefer to mix their gin should serve it with something that compliments the floral nature, such as a light tonic with a sliver of orange.
