Mystery Gin is a sweet Gin, with blood orange the prominent flavour. The flavour is often compared to orange tic tacs.The beautiful blue colour is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is also a natural PH indicator. Mix the Mystery Gin with tonic water or lemon juice to change the colour from blue to pink.

Copperwave distilled Gin follows the classic London Dry style. Made from certified organic spirit, and complex combination of botanicals and extracts, cardamon, coriander, juniper berries and nutmeg, together with virgin rainwater from the Hunter Valley, Australia.

To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.
