Our Navy Gin is bold yet balanced, full flavoured and complex Gin based on similar botanicals as our Dry Gin with a few little tweaks. This fuller flavour Gin will bring to life any cocktail with its Navy Strength complexity, but can be enjoyed simply over ice as a sipping Gin.

Think tart citrus not sweet, our Citrus Gin has a real citric tang to it. We peel fruit and use the rind of orange, blood lime, and finger lime and then use a combination of fresh lemon and peeled lemon with a little ginger to give this a real zesty finish. Great with tonic or soda.

The wild bush lemons on Lord Howe Island descend from the fruits of the early settlers. They were planted to help sustain them during the long periods between passing ships. They have a unique enveloping aroma, but beware the thorns! In the days of ships and flying boats, a tradition on Lord Howe Island was to throw flower leis into the water from departing launch boats. They inevitably washed ashore to signify their wearers return to the island.

Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.

An alluring Australian Craft Gin. Of the earth this gin winds its way from the Victorian Surf Coast, through the forest and up to the mountain towns of Victoria. Coastal Daisy a native foraged from our beautiful Surf Coast home and Australian hops flowers from the Victorian high country with the addition of wedged grapefruit and lemon are vapour infused for a delicate distillate balancing savoury and floral notes with a citrus freshness. Depth is added in the pot by a strong backbone of forest pine Juniper berries, the brightness of crushed coriander seeds, spiced background notes of Australian pepperberries while cinnamon give the distillate a long soft finish. Orris and Angelica root hold it all together in an interesting everyday gin. Pairs great with a local premium dry tonic, as a base for many cocktails, amazing in a classic Martini.

It allows us to produce a smooth, crisp gin with an aromatic botanical nose. Light in texture and more delicate on the palette than our pot distilled gins, this versatile little number is perfect paired with tonic, soda, mixers or cocktails.

Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper,coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.

Each 500ml spirit lid is manually dipped in wax with a silver foil swing tag, presented in a hand wax dripped, thick cardboard cylinder box. Tonic & Soda Water aid the Gin to open up to a whole new level.Our signature Gin has two parts to the distillation, firstly the Juniper is steeped for 24 hours. This steeping process along with fresh juniper is then added to the still before pot distillation.Five other botanicals include coriander seed, orris root, angelica root, cassia bark (cinnamon), elderflower, with an addition of fresh local Murrumbidgee honey.Best shared with the ones we love, where memories are made. Tasting notes: Triple Juniper Gin with Elderflower unlike the 42.5% distillation the 51% has slightly less Elderflower to the palate, the 51% enhances as smooth and sleek on the palate with the finish of Red Gum Murrumbidgee Honey to add to a long finish.
