Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus one non-native). The navy strength is a citral driven Gin that has been tricked up with lemon-scented gum, ginger and pepper berry.

Mt Compass Gin is produced from Australian grown grain distilled in small batches using a carefully chosen blend of traditional and indigenous botanicals - Juniper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and Lemon myrtle. Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

Vickers is a beautifully flavoured Gin subtle hints of delicious juniper berries. Dry but refreshing this Gin, unlike others is enjoyed most in a tall glass rather than short and is best accompanied with a traditional twist of lemon and tonic water.
