Besides the Juniper, my aim with this Gin was to only use Tasmanian native botanicals. I discovered some very impressive native berries, leaves and seeds however they could only be wild harvested which meant I could not get enough quantity to make it practical enough for an ongoing production. I have still been able to use some Tasmanian native botanicals however I have now broadened the list to only Australian native botanicals (plus the Juniper). The use of 6 Native Australian botanicals with 3 of them never used before in any other Gin is found in this Gin.All of the botanicals are vapor infused which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins. Vapor infusion (as opposed to steeped) will give the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. The Gin was designed to have a Beautiful smell. There will be delicate petal and citrus aromas with a hint of freshly cut hay.

Cedar Fox's Barrel Aged gin is un-filtered and is matured in whisky barrels for a period of up to four months, imparting wood and subtle whisky notes while still maintaining upfront gin qualities. Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Meyer Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena. Awarded highest score at Australian Distilled Spirit Awards 2018.

Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper,coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.

To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!

Lets raise this bounteous bottle to Ginger Mick. Legendary larrikin and official bluey of Victorian Little Lon - written into Australian poetry folklore by C.J Dennis in the early 20th Century. Would he have approved of this lordly libation? This nectar, with its bright bouquet of orange and grapefruit, its notes of ginger and juniper emerging tellingly on the finish. Bright and crisp citrus notes, bursting with the sweet and sourness of ruby grapefruit. Ginger Mick is pleasantly smooth, with a hint of ginger to tickle the back palette. Best enjoyed neat and wonderful herod in a Negroni or a Gin Old Fashioned.

This luscious limited, seasonal batch gin is in honour of Little Miss Yoko. Oriental Oomphess and seductress of Victorian-era Little Lon once inhabited the very house our distillery now resides in Would she have embraced this divine double distillate? This exquisitely balanced spirit ringing with tones of citrus and juniper, rounded off with a lychee fruit finish, and concocted specially in her honour? Honour all good, but if you want Little Miss Yoko, first you must pay. she might have said. Tartly. Little Miss Yoko hits you at first with vanilla, oak and baking spices and of course - Lychees. On second pass the fragrance of suppressed juniper and citrus tantalise the taste buds with a sweet lingering lychee fruit finish to round out the finish. Enjoy stirred down in a Martini, or in your favourite sour.

Our classic Dry Gin is juniper forward, lightly spiced with coriander and pepper berry. The fennel links the softer notes of the cinnamon, angelica and orange to give this gin a great mouth feel. Enjoy in a classic G & T or on ice.
