Famille Bougrier La Croix Bois Vouvray

The Bougrier family have been growing and making wines in the Loire valley for six generations, with vineyard holdings throughout the length of the Loire Valley and its many appellations. Sourced from selected sites with clay over limestone on the Vouvray plateau, this is a classic Vouvray that demonstrates the aromatic complexity, breadth of fruit flavours, as well as the balance between subtle fruit sweetness and delicate acidity of Chenin Blanc from this region. Aromas of quince, green pears, and granny smith apples are found along with notes of jasmine. The palate opens up with an array of white stone fruits, fresh acidity, and a subtle, chalky and textural finish. A wine of great freshness, balance, and subtlety.

Pommery Royal Brut Non-Vintage

Elegant and lively. Small assertive notes of red fruits. A rounded, rich, delicate wine that lingers in the mouth. In short, a clean taste with no dryness. A very smooth wine which never wanes on the palate.

Jardin d'Aromes Pinot Gris

As per the wine's name, this is a beautifully aromatic Pinot Gris with bright floral notes and a lovely balance in flavour and texture. Pale bright gold in appearance with green hints, with elegant aromas of stonefruits, pears, spring flowers, and a touch of peppery spice. Round, velvety and fresh on the palate, with notes of pear and white flowers perfectly balanced with hints of peach and nectarine. Serve at 10-12°C with seafood, fish, sushi, or as a pre-dinner aperitif.

La Vieille Ferme Sparkling Blanc Non-Vintage

Chevalier de La Gardie Blanc Minervois (Marsanne)

Perfumed yet savory on the nose and medium to medium-full bodied on the palate, with aromas of fresh apricots and honeyed beeswax, as it is made from Marsanne. This wine is somewhat exotic and is famously paired with local cheeses in their home Minervois region of western Languedoc in southern France.

Le Grand Noir Pinot Noir

A very distinctive and immediately enjoyable Pinot Noir, this is a very juicy, raspberry-like, cherry-like wine with hints of strawberry and oak and a refreshing note of pepper spice towards the finish.

Le Grand Noir GSM

Like a trio of Jazz musicians, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are brilliantly compatible as many people will have discovered in great examples from the Rhone Valley. The blend gives spicy blackberry flavours, dark plum, black cherry dark fruit and a hint of pepper. There is also a distinctive mineral, perfumed note that comes from the Mourvèdre. The different soils and altitudes contribute hugely too.
