Marc Brédif Vouvray

Marc Brédif Vouvray is a stylish Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley in France. Very intense and fruity nose with notes of white flowers and quince. A unique wine in that they have the ability to age for many decades, developing palate weight and honeyed complexity as they age.

Gerard Bertrand Côte des Roses Pinot Noir

Cote des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Languedoc appellation stretches alongside the Mediterranean coast. The soils are highly varied, mainly with hard limestone and schist, but also gravel transported fromthe rivers of the Languedoc region. The bottle is original with its base in the shape of a rose, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. A wine to be given in the same way you would offer a bunch of roses! The grapes are harvested late September once they are perfectly ripe. The yields are controlled to ensure a good concentration and elegant tannins. This wine reveals aromas of fresh fruit such as Morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. On the mouth the full texture is velvety with silky tannins, and an elegant, well-balanced finish.

Lanson Black Label Champagne

Pommery Brut Royal Non-Vintage

Established in 1836, Madame Pommery is credited with creating the first vintage brut style of Champagne in 1874, at a time when most champagnes were excessively sweetened with sugar. This revolutionary dry style set the benchmark for the rest of Champagne and it is in this spirit that the style of Pommery endures; with each cuvée displaying sublime elegance, finesse and freshness. Pommery is one of the few Champagne Houses that produces their large formats in the actual bottle in order to allow for optimal ageing.

Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut Non-Vintage

The origin of the House dates back to 1812, created by André Michel Pierlot, it will take the name of Veuve Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, widow of Eugène Laurent decides to combine the two family names while she ensures the development. Eugénie Hortense Laurent, his daughter, inherited the House in 1925 and sold it to Marie-Louise de Nonancourt, née Lanson, in 1939. Laurent Perrier La Cuvée comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft La Cuvée, a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long ageing process in our cellars. Laurent-Perrier’s style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. Purity, freshness and elegance – essential characteristics, expressed in this champagne – are a good introduction to the spirit of the House.

Jean-Claude Mas Le Sauvignon Blanc

Le Sauvignon Blanc by Paul Mas is the quintessential South of France experience where warm dry growing seasons lead to perfectly ripe grapes and gorgeously seductive wines. Vigneron Jean Claude Mas has worked assiduously to build a vineyard empire using organic and sustainable practices. A disciple of precision winemaking practices he employs the latest in technology to preserve natural fruit characters and linear freshness. The sauvignon blanc grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and cool-vinified at Domaine Paul Mas, near Pezenas in the Languedoc. Typically, this vibrant and juicy wine is pale coloured with intense grapefruit, lime, herb garden, camomile aromas, lovely fresh grapefruit, tropical fruit, lemon curd flavours, fine lacy textures and superb cutting acidity. The silk screened flower bottle neatly captures and sells the floral aromatics and prettiness of the wine. This is very much a warmer climate style with plenty of expression, freshness and flavour. Enjoy as a sundowner or pair with summer salads, roast chicken or pork, or seafood dishes.
