This Sauvignon Blanc hails from our cool-climate southern Coonawarra vineyard. The wine is spritely with spring blossom, lime zest and juicy white nectarine. This wine has lifted and passionfruit, guava and fresh citrus balanced by bright aromas of spring jasmine and fresh-cut lime, along with a delicate and focused palate of white nectarine and grapefruit. These flavours meld together beautifully with a very finely textured mouthfeel and crisp lime finish.

The palate provides fruit intensity, embodying flavours of blackcurrant and light blueberry alongside refreshing dried herbs. High sandy tannins and integrated vanillin oak characteristics provide a long and engaging finish.

This wine reveals a deep rose-red hue, layered with Coonawarra’s signature hints of mint and blackberry. Aromas of blackcurrant and ripe forest berries rise from the glass, complemented by over 12 months of ageing in French oak. Subtle notes of cinnamon and toasted oak add warmth and complexity to the finish.

This quintessential Coonawarra Cabernet has all the hallmarks of this classic style. A lifted nose of dried herb, bay leaf and bramble leads into a rich palate of cassis, cocoa and blackberry.
