Aroma: Complex ripe cherry jam and plum aromas on the nose, with a hint of vanilla. Palate: Rich black cherry and plum with liquorice and a hint of mint on the palate with length and finesse. The intensity on this is turned all the way up.

Only outstanding parcels of fruit are selected for Jacob's Creek Reserve Shiraz. This rich generous and complex Shiraz shows ripe blackberry fruit with hints of black pepper and subtle toasty oak.

This wine is classic Coonawarra in style with ripe berry and cassis aromas and flavours layered over fine tannins. Cabernet is the major component and backbone with Merlot adding softness and drinkability.

The Eden Valley altitudes were always going to be the source for Kym Teusner's grand Cabernet statement. The fruit is awesome beyond belief, and it shows in this ridiculously underpriced masterstroke. An entitled mouthful of dark currants and blue fruits have a lasting depth all their own, wrapped in a precision poised tannin structure with grip and presence, yet silky throughout. Could be rookie of the year!

Lifted Cabernet aromas of mulberries with a spicy herbal edge, rich and firm tannins, long persistant finish.

An array of red fruits and spiced oak. Light red fruits and spiced oak. Fermentation completed in a stainless steel fermenter for 10 days. Pressed onto 1g/L of French oak (Cuvee Series No.1) chips. Matured on oak for four months. Blended with 10% of mixed white wine (pinot gris and riesling) to help soften tannins. Vivid crimson hues. Shiraz. Its Wine. Drink it. It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Red. Winemaker’S Note: From our nothern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominantly older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed. Vintage Note: A warm October and November advanced budburst andflowering by about two weeks earlier than average.March then saw more stable and mild conditionswhich allowed for a slower finish to the season andensured enough time for tannins to ripen and flavourto develop.

Blended Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Shiraz 40% and Merlot 20%.
