The newest release from elusive and enigmatic winemaker and grapegrower Jack West. Sourced from vines planted in the rich red soils of the Lienert Vineyards, where the fruit ripens lazily under the big blue skies of the Barossas western ridge. The result is a wonderfully flavoursome blend of Barossas three hero red varieties Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. The Grenache brings vitality and juicy red fruits. Shiraz provides richness and dark fruits, with Mataro playing a key role delivering structure and a good dose of spice.

The wine is associated with dark fruit and hearty savory suggestions — including beef and lamb pairing notes — along with chocolate & caramel and deeper, bold flavors typical of Barossa Shiraz. Known for rich, bold red wines with savory and spicy character.

Pepperjack Mid-Str. Shiraz
Bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this Mid Strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins. BUT, is 7% lighter in alcohol than a standard Pepperjack Shiraz.
Krondorf Shiraz
Krondorf is a name synonymous with the Barossa Valley with a long and prestigious history. Beginning life with the establishment of the Glenview winery back in the 1850s, Krondorf was reinvigorated by Grant Burge in 1978 and today has gone on to become one of the country's most awarded wineries. The Shiraz is a class-A, born and bred, full-bodied Barossa red. Bright garnet in colour with a vibrant nose of mulberry and hints of sweet strawberry. In balance tannin and acid balance along with a superb long length make this Barossan a wonderful value-for-money buy.
Jamiesons Run Shiraz
With 2008 being one of the greatest vintages recorded in modern history in South Australia, little gems like this 2008 Jamiesons Run Shiraz are worth their weight in gold. Ripe berry fruit with touches of mint chocolate biscuit and hints of black pepper spice. A few years in our climate controlled cellars has softened the tannins nicely to provide a fantastic value for money red wine suited to many cuisine types.
S K Estate Shiraz
This wine offers a lush, velvety, mouth filling experience the colour is intense with deep red and crimson hues, while the aroma is dark, sweet raspberry, violets, cedar and spice. Vibrant fruit, vanillin, complimented with fine tannins and subtle toasty oak appears on the palate.
Mojo In Full Colour Shiraz
On the nose, black raspberry fruits with hints of smoky tobacco. The palate follows with densely packed, plush red fruits with lashings of all spice and white pepper. Tannins are soft and sleek. Lively, raspberry, spicy. Picked between 13.5 14.5 Baume. 7-day ferment on skins, then gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Storage in oak for 6 months combination of 1 to 3-year-old French and American oak then, blended and bottle. Shiraz South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. Ben Glaetzer Wallace Shiraz Grenache
Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness. Wallace is an ancestral name of Colin's wife, Judith, whose family hail from the old market town of Cupar in Fife, Scotland. Judith's Celtic ancestry is reflected in the three elements of the Wallace symbol - the Celtic cross, thistle and the Celtic knot pattern.
