Blue Rock Wines 2016 Eden Valley, ShirazThis medium-bodied wine has abundant raspberry, cherry and mulberry aromas and flavours. It was carefully crafted to have a perfect balance of flavour, tannin and acidity that is complexed with smoky, toasty and vanilla characters introduced from 24 months of barrel ageing in American and French Oak.

Z Wine's Rustica Shiraz is an intense crimson red with purple hues followed by aromas of ripe cherry and red plum which are complimented by hints of pepper and spice with lifted perfumed notes. The palate is warm and full flavoured, displaying generous sweet red fruit, such as cherry, raspberry and plum. These fruits are couple with cedar spice notes and the soft mouth-filling tannins carry the fruit as well as providing structure and length to the wine. This wine is an exemplary example of a lifted, fruit filled Barossa Shiraz suitable for drinking in its youth.

The Barossa Ink Shiraz is intense purple red in colour with great density. The bouquet is rich with plum, raspberries and dark cherries, with underlying hints of dark chocolate, coffee bean, and spice. This super rich, full bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvet tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours.

2017 Pepperjack Barossa Valley Shiraz. Rich dark red in colour with a dark purple rim, the nose shows rich concentrated red and blue fruits, dark chocolate and rich mocha notes with hints of spice and cedary oak. The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There is a concentrated layer of berry fruit and oak which is balanced with the fine tannins to give length and power while finishing soft and full of flavour.

On the nose, black raspberry fruits with hints of smoky tobacco. The palate follows with densely packed, plush red fruits with lashings of all spice and white pepper. Tannins are soft and sleek. Lively, raspberry, spicy. Picked between 13.5 14.5 Baume. 7-day ferment on skins, then gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Storage in oak for 6 months combination of 1 to 3-year-old French and American oak then, blended and bottle. Shiraz South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. The 2K20 GISA ARC Barossa Shiraz is a rich full flavoured wine with good intensity & power. It is medium bodied wine with generous, ripe fruit flavours, of blue berries, plum, black currant & liquorice. There are hints of vanilla bean and coconut derived from the American Oak with the balance in older French oak 60/40. True to its roots, it is a ripe, rich, full flavoured Barossa Shiraz. History will tell this will be a good vintage.
