The Fiano comes from two vineyards in McLaren Vale grown by Ben Lacey. One in the Tatachilla sub region of southern McLaren Vale. Only a few kilometres from the sea and almost at sea level, it is a cool maritime influenced area of the Vale. Sandy loam over a shattered limestone base, scattered with ironstone fragments. This parcel was fermented in stainless steel, using a combination of natural and mixed culture yeasts. The second vineyard is in the Northern and high-altitude region of Seaview in McLaren Vale, with thin red loam over a solid limestone geology. The grapes were harvested with a selective harvester and tipped straight into an open fermenters as whole berries. Fermentation was allowed to occur naturally and then later over seeded with aromatic yeast. The ferment was allowed to tick away slowly for approx. 3 weeks. The final blend was 60% cold tank ferment, 40% full skin contact for three weeks.

Chapel Hill's 'The MV' range celebrates an exploration of some of McLaren Vales finest vineyard sites. Sourced from a terraced block that is perched above the picturesque Onkaparinga Gorge, resembling a natural amphitheatre for Chardonnay to proudly express both complexity and varietal finesse. Crafted with a gentle patience, using entirely by-hand winemaking techniques, this wine demonstrates the beauty, complexity and character of place, varietal and vintage. To preserve purity and character, this wine is made with minimal additions and is allowed to clarify naturally without the use of fining or filtration - meaning it's suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Pale in colour, this bright, fresh Picpoul has lifted aromas of Spring blossoms, lemon myrtle and lemon zest. The palate displays green apples, honeysuckle, lemon and lime making it a lovely fresh, crisp drinking white wine. Originating from the South of France, Picpoul is famously paired with Oysters and seafood. Best enjoyed chilled.

Tasting Notes Aroma Bright and lifted aromas of pear skin, delicate florals and hints of almond . Palate Zesty and refreshing with delicate flavours of pear and lychee, the palate has a lovey texture with great drive and a moreish finish.

A succulently textured Chardonnay brimming with stone fruit, honey dw and fresh fig flavours.

A wonderfully aromatic and expressive wine. Some rose petal, pear and citrus notes come forward, with apple peel and spice providing further complexity.

The Dune El Beyda Grenache Blanc Grenache Gris Clairette 2023 from McLaren Vale is a true expression of the terroir and expertise of Dune, a renowned winery based in South Australia. This vintage boasts a pale golden hue with vibrant glints of green, a visual representation of its freshness and vitality. On the nose, delicate aromas of white peaches, juicy melon, and zesty lemon peel dance with hints of wildflowers and a subtle touch of herbs. We make our Mistelle using Chardonnay grape juice which is fortified with spirit and then matured for a number of years in older oak barrels. This allowed the wine to develop the desirable complex characteristics of the desert wine style. The result is a deliciously light desert style wine. In order to make this delicious fortified style, a specially selected parcel of Chardonnay was chosen to be fortified, then matured for a number of years in older French and American oak barrels. CELLARING This delicious developed fortified style which is ready for drinking now will continue to mature and change in the bottle, and can be laid down for a time.
