The Smith & Hooper Cabernet Merlot is a harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot displaying aromas of red berries, eucalypt and a hint of vanilla. Flavours of mulberries, cherry and blackcurrants fill out the smoothly textured palate.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from premium South Australian vineyards is a complex, full bodied, dry Cabernet that is matured in French and American oak offering berry fruit flavours and subtle oak tannins.

Xanadu Fusion Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits vibrant, characteristic aromas of ripe blackcurrants, dark berry fruits, and black plums entwined with savoury hints of bay leaf and spicy, toasty oak. The full-bodied palate is packed full of juicy fruits of the forest, cassis and mocha flavours. A generous wine, with a solid tannin structure and fleshy fruit characters which persist through to a warm, lingering finish.

Casillero Del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied with silky tannins and long ripe fruit and berry aftertaste, with impressive balance of fruit and polished tannins.

This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. It is a beautifully made wine with great balance and a lengthy finish. It will be great with meat dishes or even a cheese platter. Owned by Calneggia Family Vineyards, one of Margaret River's pioneering grape growers with winemaker legend Brian Fletcher pulling the winemaking levers.

This wonderfully elegant Shiraz shows intense, pristine, blackberry fruit and ripe, silky tannins. It almost has a Pinot Noir elegance to it and, luckily, the quality of future vintages will only be getting better too as Voyager's new clones come on line.

Take a stroll through Frankie’s Garden… Our Once & Well winemaker, Freya Hohnen, is often nicknamed ‘Frankie’ – and this collection explores the relationship between nature and wines grown be her hand. This Cabernet Merlot is a lighter style with black cherry and mulberry characteristics on the nose. The palate is soft and generous with bright and fresh berry flavours.

With wines like this, Margaret River continues to stake its claim as a premier region in the country for the production of Cabernet. Every now and then we stumble across little gems such as this, that simply scream class and most importantly just delicious drinkability. Master Margaret River winemaker, Cliff Royale, has done it again with this superb new release. The fruit is sourced here from three regional sub districts and matured in old French oak for roughly 12 months. It's a brilliant drink right now, soft in structure with a pristine fruit profile, particularly with the likes of chargrilled lamb chops.
