Gerard Bertrand Source de Junon Rose
Source de Junon evokes the myth of the fountain of youth and calls for a return to nature. Its voluptuously-shaped bottle mirrors the wines elegance. Source de Junon comes from simple things in life, such as contemplating nature and sharing authentic moments. This Languedoc wine comes from organic vineyards, known from Louis XIV as a privileged place for rosé wines. The combination of two geological origins, schist and limestone, and the hilly terrain have created a complex network of groundwater that provides exceptional natural water supply. An elegant rosé with a lovely bright pink colour. On the nose, the intensity of the fruit highlights the complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with a few hints of liquorice. The surprisingly generous and round mouthfeel is balanced by the freshness of this vintage. The finish is lively and elegant, lingering on notes of small red berries. Serve between 13 and 14°C with a tartar, wild salmon gravlax, sea bream or tuna. It can also be enjoyed with crustaceans such as lobster and crayfish.
Canard Duchene Brut Non-Vintage Champagne
The champagne house is located in Ludes, in the Montague de Reims National Park since 1868. These authentic, original Champagnes combine fruit, intensity and complexity. While the majority of leading Champagne houses are located in the urban setting of Reims or Epernay, Canard-Duchêne is unusually situated in Ludes, on a hillside, at the very heart of the Montague de Reims vineyards. Located within the limits of the most prestigious terroirs, Ludes epitomises the magnificence of Pinot noir cultivated in Champagne. From an assemblage of 60 different vineyard parcels. Nose: Intense aromas of fresh fruit, typical of Pinot varietals. Eye: A golden hue and delicate bubbles. Palate: Notes of fruit coupled with hints of buttery brioche.
Nugan Estate Chardonnay
Chardonnay sourced from Victorias cool climate King Valley goes into Nugan's Estate Chardonnay. Pale straw in appearance, with a youthful green hue. Aromas of peach, nectarine, poached peach and mixed spice, a rich mout filling palate of stone fruit, biscuit and yeast notes with a crisp acidity make this a good drink.

Famille Bougrier La Croix Bois Vouvray
The Bougrier family have been growing and making wines in the Loire valley for six generations, with vineyard holdings throughout the length of the Loire Valley and its many appellations. Sourced from selected sites with clay over limestone on the Vouvray plateau, this is a classic Vouvray that demonstrates the aromatic complexity, breadth of fruit flavours, as well as the balance between subtle fruit sweetness and delicate acidity of Chenin Blanc from this region. Aromas of quince, green pears, and granny smith apples are found along with notes of jasmine. The palate opens up with an array of white stone fruits, fresh acidity, and a subtle, chalky and textural finish. A wine of great freshness, balance, and subtlety.
