Now a new chapter is born with Pirie NV Sparkling - A full flavoured cuvýe from a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, boasting complexity and freshness. This wine displays a sustained and brilliant colour of great depth. The nose has already evolved and shows blackcurrant and other black fruit aromas. On the palate tannins are soft and smooth, with a steady balance and a long, fresh finish. Guigal produces an almost completely distinct Côtes du Rhône Blanc due to their Northern Rhône mindset. Wines under this general appellation are dominated by Southern Rhône grapes. Since 1991 the Guigals have searched for and encouraged plantings of Viognier for their Côtes du Rhône Blanc, a grape that was nearly extinct in the middle of the last century. This wine is both fresh and rich, with complex aromas and flavours of honeysuckle, pear, and kiwi, and a deep mineral streak. It is a beautiful, seamless wine that represents unbelievable value.

This stylish sparkling has an elegant, delicate nose of green apples and citrus fruit. The palate is crisp and lively, the flavours in the lemon and lime spectrum with attractive minerally and acidity running through. A very classy fizz.

Calvet Grande Reserve is a red colour with purple hints. Powerful and complex nose, with scents of red fruits and spices. The attack is nice and structured, with flavours of cherry and vanilla. The finish is long and pleasant.

Yering Station's Yarra Chardonnay displays citrus and subtle cashew notes on the nose with soft minerality and freshness. The palate has great texture and roundness with linear acidity with wonderful length and precision.
