Robert Oatley Signature Series Chardonnay
With not only Robert 'Bob' Oatley's signature on the label, the wine itself has the signature of winemaker Larry Cherubino all over it. Supple and elegant along power and poise are all trademarks of the award winning WA winemaker; all of which are on display here with the Signature Series Chardonnay from Margaret River. Stone fruit notes greet the nose which are then reflected onto the palate that has a length of flavour befitting of a premium Chardonnay.

Two Brothers Organic Margaret River Chardonnay
The Chardonnay is from low-yielding Gin Gin vines that are now over 20 years old. Painstakingly converted them to cane pruning (from the established spur pruning). The parcels were hand-harvested, foot stomped and naturally fermented in a mix of concrete egg (20%) and old barrels (80%). It only received a rough filtering to, keep the wine as close to the vineyard as possible. Fresh, crisp, organic Chardonnay.

Evans & Tate is arguable the most famous name in Western Australia wine, and now the Tate name has been re-born in the Franklin Tate Estates wines made by esteemed winemaker, Rory Clifton-Parks. Franklin Tate himself has sought out the finest vineyard sites in the Margaret River region to deliver superb, terroir driven, wines that showcase the tradition and longevity of the Tate name, but also a modern and innovative wine-making approach. Love that minerally fine palate with its penetrating full ripe but controlled structure and depth. Pink grapefruit and pears mingle with white stone fruits. Seamless cashew oak integration finishes with mouth-watering acidity.
Madfish Coastline Chardonnay
Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.

St Johns Brook Chardonnay
Tasting: This Chardonnay captures the very essence of what Margaret River Chardonnay is highly regarded for while simutaneaously including a modern palate. Great fruit expression with creamy stone fruit and fresh apple melded with bright citrus with a hint of tropical fruit. Rich mouthfeel and rounded palate siplaying hints of vanilla and butterscotch. Winemaking:Mostle machine harvested at night with some early morning handpicked fruit. Pressed into stainless steel tanks to settle, then racked to barrel while still hazy for wild ferment, allowing natural expression. Aged in a mix of old and new French barrels, with some lees stirring to build up texture and creaminess. Barrels carefully selected and blended to create the desired Chardonnay.
