These stalwart trees filter the summer breezes, protecting the vines and ensuring optimal ripening conditions for this range of fresh, vibrant wines. This wine displays lovely tropical and ripe stone fruit characters, which carry through to a textural and inviting palate.

From the Howard Park stable comes this impressive Chardonnay sourced from Margaret River fruit. The Gold Turtle displays opulent honeyed peach flavours with a beguiling texture that lingers on the the palate for what seems like an eternity. A perfect match to Asian Fusion cuisine as well as being more than at home when enjoyed on its own.

This stunning Riesling from the West is all limes and citrus with great length and depth of flavour. The only problem with this wine is there is never enough to go around.

A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, this attractive white from Leeuwin Estate shows concentrated tropical fruit characters, such as honeydew melons, pineapples and fresh lime along with aromatic floral notes of Jasmine, frangipani with hints of warm spices on the nose. It is well rounded with vibrant citrus fruits and balanced acidity on the palate. Length finish and great with Asian food.

West Cape Howe Cape To Cape Chardonnay is a bright and clear wine flaunting a light lemon colour. The bouquet of this cool climate Chardonnay wine is beautifully aromatic with raw cashew nut characters and fragrances of fresh melon fruit. The palate is delicious and delicately flavoured with sweet tropical fruits and fresh honeydew melons. With an amazing palate weight, this Chardonnay is balanced by fresh acidity and flavoursome length. Made for immediate enjoyment, the wine pairs well with grilled fish, roast chicken, or vegetable terrines.

In Margaret River, considered one of Australia's premium chardonnay growing regions, Cape Mentelle creates wines of plush texture, depth and power, yet balanced with a fine frame of acidity. This Chardonnay is predominantly from our Chapman Brook Vineyard,established in 1994 in the cool southern half of Margaret River. The cooler climate captures the freshness and vibrancy of the variety. Yellow hay with a bright gold hue. A tropical nose of yellow peaches, melon and mandarin. Generous fruit intensity on the flowing palate, rich with rock melon, pistachio, lemon curd and orange blossom, lifting with a zesty, crisp acidity.

This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. A refreshing backbone of natural grape acidity provides further structure and length.

Happs Preservative Free White offers up a Margaret River Chardonnay that doesn't disappoint. The palate is full of rich decadent flavours of buttery roasted cashew and ripe fig fruits that work in perfect harmony with the creamy texture of the wine. It finishes with sweet lemon butter and crisp, refreshing acidity that dares you to have another glass.

This estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of 'gunflint'. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.
