Bannockburn is spicy with well intergraded savoury oak and great acidity backbone. The varietal flavours such as, raspberries, strawberries and red cherries fruits lingers with a faint hint of forest floor on the palate with well supporting tannins. A greatly composed wine, this is undoubtedly pushing the setting of this country's benchmark for Pinot Noir to another level.

Campbell Mattinson Meaty and spicy with black cherry and plum flavours rumbling throughout. The tannin feels dry and sturdy, the fruit brooding and dark, but the floral and sweet meat characters here lend it both a prettiness and a touch of the exotic.

Bream Creek Pinot Noir from Southern Tassie is big and ripe with gentle pepper nuances. Punchy, dried dark stone fruits, fruit cake and dark roasted herbs are present while the palate rolls out very ripe tannins that swerve from side to side, bringing rich plum flavour and a big juicy finish.

Martinborough some consider to be the true home of New Zealand Pinot Noir, and it's hard to argue when wines like the Martinborough Vineyard Pinot Noir comes along. Lovely medium-bodied characters of asian spice, blackberry and dark cherry complimented by soft, velvet like tannins. A wine of true class that while very enjoyable now, will cellar wonderfully over the next decade.

Our location as one of the most South Easterly vineyards gives us a hot to cool climate site perfect for powerful yet delicate reds. Howards Nairne Vineyard is transitioning to a completely red site as a result of our unique microclimate.

True to type aromas of brown-skinned pear and red-skinned apple with a savoury element providing some complexity. Any surfer knows the cleanest waves are found at the crack of dawn before the warming sun stirs up onshore winds. Likewise, we patrol our vineyards in the first glint of sunrise to find the perfect whole bunches to make beautiful Pinot Noir. Picked in the cool early morning, the fruit aromas are still pristine and rolling acidity provides the epic flavour ride we so desire. he ‘ol boy has done it again. Despite a difficult start to the season, Dad made some very astute calls in the vineyard during spring which meant we were able to take advantage of perfect conditions during the summer and autumn. This meant our fruit arrived at our winemaker’s with full flavour development and balance of acid and tannins. Our trademark blueberry, spice and eucalyptus are on show. This wine will see improvement up to and beyond 10 years in the cellar.
