Coopers Dark Ale
A dark brew full of promise. Coopers Dark Ale is a journey in taste, starting fresh and creamy, and finishing with a lingering coffee flavour. Brewed with traditional top fermentation and then naturally conditioned, Coopers 'Dark' is made using roasted and chocolate malts, giving it a rich dark colour and unique flavour.
Young Henrys Summer Hop Ale
Bursting with aroma straight off the top, the Summer Hop boasts a well-rounded hop character of pine, rock melon, stone fruit and citrus. A solid bitterness is balanced by the gentle sweetness of Munich Malt and malted wheat while still achieving a seasonably dry finish. The crisp mouth feel and unique tropical aroma of this IPA make it the perfect accompaniment to Seafood on the Barbecue.
Spitfire Kentish Ale
Since 1698, (that's over 310years!) Shepherd Neame have been crafting fine ales of Britain. This ale, named after the fighter plane that fought and won The Battle of Britain, has a dark amber appearance, with toffee and dried fruit aromatics. A full and textual mouth-feel leave a lasting spicy bitter after taste.
Spitfire Golden Ale
Brewed by Britain's oldest Brewer, Spitfire Gold is a well-balanced golden ale. Its sweet malt base is complemented by subtle bitterness and tropical aromas imparted by some of the world's favourite hops, including challenger, centennial and saaz.
Shepherd Neame 1698 Strong Ale
First brewed in 1998 to celebrate Shepherd Neame's tercentenary, this copper-bronze, bottle conditioned beauty is an intense yet uniquely intricate offering thrice-hopped during the brewing process. This adds rich resinous notes and spikes of citrus to a moreish strong ale already rife with notes of liquorice, Masala wine, caramel and spicy orange. A frisson of dark fruit freshens the finish.
Coopers Mild Ale
Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.
