Mountain Goat Summer Ale launched in October 2013, designed to be a thirst quencher that is low in bitterness. Everyone seems to agree this beer is a winner, receiving a Silver Medal in 2016. Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Hazy golden in appearance. Big fruity hop aromas of passionfruit, pineapple and pear are complemented by a smooth, dry finish.

John Boston The Guardhouse Golden Ale is an aromatic beer with mouth-watering notes of stone fruit and Australian pale toffee malt characteristics. This results in full bodied flavour, an intense golden hue and a velvety smooth finish.

Australian made and owned. Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed and fermented using a unique method of top fermentation and natural bottle conditioning. Coopers are famous for this process which leaves a natural residue of yeast during maturation and gives a cloudy appearance with an enhanced flavour. No additives, no preservatives.
