Coopers Session Ale is a refreshing summer style naturally conditioned ale that delivers tropical fruit notes with a distinct dry hop character and mild bitterness.

Bright yellow with a slight yeast cloud, a nice malt character and a crisp white head that laces the glass perfectly as you take each sip. Lush tropical fruit nose, passion fruit, and a light grapefruit undertone. easy drinking, lightly hopped with a light flora and grapefruit mouth, grainy malts, finishing dry and very clean.

The team at Stone & Wood created their Pacific Ale as homage to their home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. This refreshing beer is brewed using all Australian barley, Galaxy hops, and wheat. It is a cloudy, golden beer, with big fruity aromas. Born and raised in Byron Bay, Stone & Wood are proudly independent and local, brewing and bottling their approachable beer in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Woodcutters Amber Ale 5.3% - A malt driven Extra Special Bitter brewed with a generous amount of crystal and caramel malts to create a rich malt core that is balanced by a good helping of East Kent Goldings hops. Enjoy with steak, pies or even a sticky date pudding.

Hook Norton is one of the few remaining family owned English Pubs and Breweries in existence in the UK. They produce ales of true distinction and flavour just like this fruity and full-bodied ale, Old Hooky. Wonderfully balanced and rich in texture, Old Hooky has plenty of aromatic fruit-driven notes and a palate covering smooth finish.

This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.

A crisp easy drinking American style beer that walks the line between a lager and an ale, showcasing the best of both worlds.

Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Old Fart Ale This Ale is bronze in colour and is well balanced, carrying a fruity hoppiness with subtle hints of sweetness. The perfect gift for that older gentleman in your life!
