This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.

A full flavoured ale with a smooth texture. This beverage has a sweet, full-bodied, fruity taste from the perfect combination of prestigious Wild Caught Australian Black Lip Abalone and Enoki - a thin white mushroom commonly used in East Asian Cuisine.

The red-cap was the first beer to be brewed by the Trappist monks. It is noted for its coppery colour which makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness.

This beer with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beers flavour comes from the smell of hops, above all it is the fruity notes of Muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Coldstream Gold Ale both Munich & Crystal malts for sweet bready flavour. Add Galaxy & Citra hops to the whirpool, and finally dry hopped with Galaxy & Enigma to give a floral finish. This style of beer bridges the gap between lagers and ales.

Clocktown Brown Ale is named after the iconic clocktower shrine in Ulverstone. This is a dark and roasty ale with bold notes of chocolate and coffee, with a well balanced bitterness. Great for any time of the year.

Sea Spray is a full flavoured, mid-strength, hoppy session ale. A great beer to celebrate mowing the lawns, a hard day at work, or catching a wave. Seize the day.
