It wasn't until craft brewers started using new world hops that the style really established itself as a force for good in the flavourful beer world. Using all American hops Fixation have created a balanced, super clean, tasty Amercian IPA.

Experience the taste of summer and long days at the beach with Colonial IPA Can. Produced with 100% Australian hops and delightfully golden in colour, the aromas and flavours of tropical fruit and subtle pine notes will become a firm favourite for IPA fans.

This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected malt & hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur (Cointreau). The result is a super drinkable, fruit driven IPA with an assertive mandarin peel bitterness and dry mouthfeel. The perfect seasonal IPA making use of our favourite citrus fruit.

Wilderness IPA is named after the West Coast of Tasmania. It is rugged, wild, and untamed. This beer is full of flavour from the American west coast hops used late in the process.

Loosely based on the West Coast American style Red Ale, this IPA is dangerously flavourful holding it's 6% ABV well. A medium to high bodied beer, the low carbonation giving it a fuller mouth feel. A must for the discerning craft beer drinker.
