Light in color, dry on the palate and thirst quenching in the extreme, wheat and pale malts compliment this generously hopped ale. Hops are added all the way throughout the boil and again in the fermenter. Centennial and Chinook provide a citrus and resinous base before Mosaic shines through with a big tropical fruit hit.
