A lifetime of love has gone into this beer. A brewer’s favourite, we have brewed the Summer Pilsner in Byron since 2019. This style of Lager beer is a modern, ‘Byron Bay’ interpretation of the classic German style Pilsner – light in colour and body from pale malt, balanced with a smooth bitterness and lemony-floral aroma and flavours from the addition of noble German hops - Saphir, Tettnang and Hallertau. This refreshing Pilsner is bright and balanced with a dash of Finger Lime for a crisp finish. So, grab your mates and soak up the sunshine.

Weihenstephan Pilsner is a traditional Pilsner style beer with a smooth, pale malt background and the grassy, floral aromas of European Hallertauer hops. Sweet and well balanced with a refreshingly crisp finish.

Barahsinghe is a crisp and balanced premuim dry hopped lager.Brewed with imported German malted barley,natural spring water and aromatics hops, this beer with floral, woody and aromatics will certainly please your palate.It is a bottom-fermenting beer, which means the fermenting takes place at the wort’s bottom. It is also a dry hopped beer which means additional hops are added during fermentation rather than during mashing. Amongst all our beers, Pilsner takes the longest time to ferment.
