Situated in the heart of the Adelaide Plains, where some of the world's finest wines are produced, we're lucky to call this place home. Here, we've sourced a 3-year-old Shiraz wine and distilled it five times in our still, ‘Pando’, ensuring a clean and smooth spirit. Following distillation, it then ages in Cognac barrels, where the oak infuses flavours of vanilla and caramel, enriching its taste and complexity. Featuring a beautiful golden hue and subtle fruity notes, this spirit is uniquely delicious.
