919 Reserve Classic Topaque

919 Reserve Classic Topaque is a decadently delicious barrel aged fortified wine. Deep gold in colour, it has aromas of honey, toffee, figs and butterscotch, and complex flavours of dates, buttered honey, figs and maple syrup. Enjoy the Classic Topaque on its own, or pair it with bacon or smoky pork cuts for main or sticky date pudding for dessert.Barrel aged styles like this are already aged, so open within a year of purchase for best freshness. 919 Limited Release Vintage Fortified

919 Vintage Fortified is only made in the very best years from tradtional varieties of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Cão and Tinta Roriz. 2006 was one of the very best years for this style. It has intense aromas of rich blackberry, spice and chocolate and vibrant flavours of black cherry, plum and a hint of marzipan. Due to its age, this wine will need to be decanted before serving to remove sediment. Serve at room temperature as the perfect partner to eye fillet or chocolate volcano pudding. Consume within 3 days of opening.

919 Classic Muscat

919 Classic Muscat is dark amber in colour with golden and crimson hues, and a viscosity which leaves church windows on the glass. The nose is intense and floral, with rose petal, zesty citrus, raisins and spices, honey, cold tea and malt notes. The palate is luscious, complex and intense with rose, honey malt, Christmas cake and spicy flavours balanced by a full, long and harmonious palate and sweet, flavoursome finish.

919 Classic Tawny

This is a classic barrel aged fortified wine from the hand of one of Australia's leading specialist fortified winemakers. 919 Classic Tawny is deep amber in colour with red highlights. The nose is complex, with citrus rind, honey, roasted nuts, raisin, cinnamon and nutmeg over matured barrel characteristics. The palate has flavours of sweet honey, spice, and buttery and vanilla notes with a long, soft and well balanced palate with a dry finish.

Reserve Touriga Nacional

919 2023 Touriga Nacional is rich magenta in colour. It has a spicy white pepper profile over plums, stewed fruit, sweet and sour cherries, rare meat, and a hint of jam and confection. The palate is very silky and full, with stylish soft tannins coated in cherry, plum and berry flavours and a hint of dark chocolate. It is a very classy, balanced wine that finishes long. This elegant wine would grace the best tables in the land, matched with lamb shoulder or Asian duck. Drink fresh, or cellar 5-10 years. Serve at room temperature. Consume within 3 days of opening for freshness.
