Bass Phillip

Bass Phillip Premium Pinot Noir

Langton's Classification: Outstanding

Made from fruit grown in ultra close planted vineyards Bass Phillip wines are eerily like Pinots from Burgundy. Fully mature now, the wine has lovely spice and earthy characters ready to be enjoyed now.

Bass Phillip Gewurztraminer

Bass Phillip Gewurztraminer 2021 is a white wine produced by Bass Phillip in Gippsland, Australia. The wine is made from 100% Gewurztraminer grapes, which are grown on the winery's estate vineyards. The grapes are hand-picked and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 6 months in 500L French oak barrels. The wine has a deep golden color. The nose is intense and aromatic, with notes of rose petals, lychee, and ginger. The palate is rich and full-flavored, with flavors of apricot, peach, and honeydew melon. The wine is balanced by good acidity and a long finish. Bass Phillip Gewurztraminer 2021 is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with food. It pairs well with Asian dishes, spicy food, and cheeses. The wine is also suitable for cellaring for up to four years.

Bass Phillip Premium Chardonnay

Bass Phillip Reserve Pinot Noir

Australian Pinot Noir does not get any better than the wines produced by Phillip Jones at the iconic Bass Phillip winery. A Pinot Noir of utmoust power and elegance, the rival to any great Burgundy. Rated in the top classification in Langton's Classification of Australian Wine, Bass Phillip Pinot Noir is riddled with complex flavours of strawberry, violets, rose petal and forest floor. The length of palate is immortal.
