This Fiano is a modern example of the variety grown in Langhorne Creek. This wine has been named in honour of our grandmothers Mollie and Merle.The grape variety Verdelho has been grown in Langhorne Creek for over 150 years. It is perfectly suited to our region's climate and growing conditions. We have chosen to make a fresh, vibrant style of Verdelho to express the pure varietal characters.We have used only free run juice, providing a clean, focused Verdelho with lifted perfumed citrus aromas. The palate is bright and textural with fine acid balance and great length of flavour.
