The finest Bundaberg Rum blended with aged reserves mellowed in heavily charred American Oak barrels with notes of 13 spices, fruit nectars & citrus zest.Bundaberg Rum Small Batch Spiced presents warming aromas of sweet dried spices, notably cinnamon, clove and nutmeg humming over the sweetness of orange marmalade, fresh vanilla bean and dark caramel. Upon tasting, golden syrup, star anise and an earthy, ginger spice, lead to roasted notes of raw cacao flowing across an energised palate escalating to a dry and lingering tingle of black pepper and fresh liquorice.

Bundaberg Rum Select VAT
Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
