Fiano is one of the true great white wine varieties to come out of Italy. Wild fermentation plays further on those savoury notes, while some maturation in old wood allows the acid profile to relax giving you a wine that is moreish and complex and utterly drinkable

Schioppettino is a fairly obscure variety even back in its homeland, but there has been a resurgence of planting in the last 30+ years turning it around to be almost cult like. The nose shows bright juicy blackberry, raspberry and blood plum, savoury earth showing its Heathcote roots, slightly smoky with vanilla and liquorice spice. While smelling rich and intense, it's medium bodied with fine sandy tannins and a crunchy finish.

This Fiano melds delicate stone fruits and almond blossom with savoury lees contact characters and minerality, displaying texture and power in the mouth whilst retaining a fine, fresh finish.

A refreshing, crisp sparkling with aromas of fresh-cut grass, orchard blossom, apple, pear, feijoa, and lifted cool minerals. On the palate, it’s light on its feet with a delicate fizz, a moreish texture, and a zesty finish.

This dry, textural and savoury rosato shows aromas of rhubarb, roses and wild strawberries with lift from pink grapefruit, and has a soft and supple grip.
