Cullen has been producing Mangan since 2001 and in this short period of time, it has roused plenty of interest. Mangan provides a thrilling smorgasbord of aromas, and a smooth and silky mouthful of cherries, blackberries and blueberries.

Since taking over the reigns at Cullen in 1989, Vanya Cullen has taken this esteemed winery to new heights including winning for herself the Gourmet Wine Traveller Winemaker of the Year honours along the way. The Mangan Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the sibling to the Cullen Vineyard version and shares the same level of elegance and flavour precision. Add to that precision an added layer of complexity and texture on the palate and you have what many consider to be Western Australia's premier 'classic dry white'.

Vanya Cullen continues to amaze the world with her brilliantly flavoursome and elegant Cabernet named after Di Cullen, a true pioneer. Vanya is also pioneering in her own style with the introduction to 100% bio-dynamics and the results are to there to be seen by all. Certified biodynamic, the Cullen Vanya is 97% Cabernet Sauvignon complemented by 3% Petit Verdot. Aged in new French oak of which 50% was new for a period of 19 months. Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Intense but beautifully refined the nose offers up aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry laced with cedar and tobacco characters followed by hints of cigar box, faint bay leaf and spice. Medium weight the palate is the perfect marriage of richness, elegance and power delivering sublime flavours of blackcurrant, ripe mulberry and dark cherries seamlessly integrated with cedar, tobacco and spice characters. Exquisite finesse with exceptionally fine grained, polished tannins. Very long after-taste of blackcurrant, ripe mulberry, cedar faint tobacco, cigar box and spice that seems to sail on forever.

2018 was one of the great vintages for Wilyabrup and Cullen Wines.The balanced crops and weather produced perfectly ripened grapes which turned into vinous heaven for the wine drinker! Low yields and concentration also are a mark of this harvest.This Petillant naturel was hand bottled in August 2018. It is the most natural wine in Cullen's 100% portfolio of natural wines and has no additions made to the wine

Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

Cullen is a biodynamically farmed, carbon neutral, naturally powered estate in the heart of Margaret River. Vanya Cullen is one of Australia’s most celebrated winemakers, and was an early pioneer of farming grapes and producing wines in accordance with the biodynamic calendar. She is also the 2020 James Halliday Wine Companion Winemaker of the Year. Chenin Blanc was planted on the Cullen Vineyard Estate in 1976. This dessert wine is made from hand picked cane cut grapes with the fruit quality being exceptional, reflecting an excellent growing season. Pure, refreshing with a cleansing finish.

Cullen Wines respectfully acknowledges the Wadandi people, past and present, traditional custodians of the land on which the wine was grown. The grapes for this wine were handpicked, sorted, and destemmed on a flower day in early March. The wines grown on these ancient soils are certified biodynamic, carbon positive, and naturally powered.
