The 2002 Noble One is a classic expression of the style with rich apricot treacle characters with fig and orange blossom still active on the nose and palate. De Bortoli La Bohème Pinot Noir Rosé is one of the most beguiling labels on our shelves, and the contents held within are no less intriguiging. A majestic pale salmon colour in the glass is followed by lifted aromas of subtle strawberry and even notes of pomegranate and marzipan. The palate is crisp, yet generous with a superb long length. A wonderful wine to enjoy in the warmer weather or as an aperitif all year round.

De Bortoli Colombard Chardonnay blend has beautifully match the high acidity, fuller bodied Colomblard with the aromatic Chardonnay we all knew so well. Packed with zesty citrus, tropical fruits on the nose. A refreshingly dry whte great with richer seafood dishes.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc had been one of the popular white blend classic due to how easy it is to match with food. De Bortoli is a great example showing a hint of straw and passionfruit flavours with a light crisp finish.

For more than 20 years De Bortoli have offered bottle quality wines in the convenience of a cask. Here is the Old Tawny that is deep tawny brown in colour with a nose of complex mocha and rancio. The palate has an attractive nutty flavour with a complex aged complexity.
