Tantalisingly silky texture, De Bortoli Sacred Hill Shiraz has a delicious mouth feel. Complimented by lush red and black berries such as raspberry, plum, blueberry and cassis, the hint of peppery spice and oak gives this wine a extra lingering finish.

Vibrant deep crimson in colour. Lifted blackberry and spice on the nose. Fresh fruit, berries and toasty vanillan oak on the palate. This De Bortoli Sacred Hill Shiraz Cabernet has soft, round tannins with good length on the finish.

Matured in vats and casks for 7 months. Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Lifted dark raspberry and liquorice aromas combine with vanillin oak, earth and spice. Juicy dark raspberry, liquorice and dark cherry fruits carry medium body weight over an earth and vanillin spice back drop. Good flesh and freshness with slightly chewy tannins and a lively dark fruited conclusion. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Alc. 14.5%

Semi translucent bright red to dark red colour with a light luminous red hue. Pronounced freshly crushed cherry and strawberry aromas mix with some inky earth and spicy herb notes. Juicy cherry and strawberry fruits are interwoven with subtle inky earth and dried herb elements. Soft fleshy mouth feel with velvety tannins. Finishes fresh with a savoury red fruited aftertaste. Luscious intense muscat, rich apricot flavours balanced with ripe fruit sweetness. Soft, round mouth feel but retaining fresh varietal character.

Lovely pale Rosé colour. Exciting nose of peach, pomegranate and wild herb. Textural, spicy, calm, creamy, soft and very delicious.Compliments Chicken with Moroccan couscous.

De Bortoli are a much loved wine family for their ability to produce wines of immense value and quality that clearly rises above.
