A classic and unhindered expression of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, sculpted tannins and lifted red berry perfumes. A paragon of personality, purpose and approachability for those who enjoy soft tannins, succulent red fruits and simply love wine. Aromas of cassis, red cherries and bright red fruit underpinned by a seamless palate of raspberries, plum skin, bright red fruits and silky, textured tannin on the finish.Glazed cherries, liquorice, currants and violets descend into a bold palate of rich tannin and layers of red, blue and black fruit flavours. A tensile core of fine tannin provides structure and persistance to an otherwise voluptous palate.

Margaret River Syrah is noteworthy because of its fragrance and attractiveness in its youth. Aromas of juicy black cherries and boysenberries with a grind of black pepper. The palate possesses a fine grained texture comprising of ripe tannin which adds to the structure and depth of the wine.White pepper, black cherries and an eastern mosaic of spices greet on the nose, brought to yield by a soft palate of fleshy tannin and coating red and black fruits.

Subtle threads of violets, cherry blossom and fresh juniper berries serve as highlights to an ample tapestry of black plums, cacao nib and ironstone. Sheer textures of crushed granite and black cherry skin are laced with porcelain tannin and quenching natural acidity.

After twenty years of applying his passion and expertise to the countless vintages for local producers, renowned winemaker Bruce Dukes has launched Domaine Naturaliste his own range of wines, named for the southwest region where he has honed his craft.

Margaret River makes some of Australias best Chardonnay and while its home to big names, we think Domaine Naturaliste, a smaller operator, is just as great, so were thrilled to share this with you.
