This elegant non-filtered single malt is initially matured in Bourbon casks, then extra matured or 'finished' in Port casks, to create the chocolate, minty notes of The Quinta Ruban. This whisky offers a nose of rose scented Turkish delight, honeysuckle, tangerines and dark chocolate A soft, velvety texture leads to tastes of berries and nutmeg entwined with mint chocolate and Seville orange, then a bold and deep finish.

With Cadboll Estate Batch 3, the essence and flavor of their cherished Highland home are shared. Crafted by their whisky creators from field to glass, the third batch of this single estate whisky is described as deep and creamy, featuring notes of sweet spice and nuts. Selected from two Cadboll harvests, this batch blends classic bourbon-matured Glenmorangie, known for its richness and creaminess, with a portion of Cadboll barley stock that has been finished in Amontillado casks for approximately a year. This finishing process introduces nutty, spicy, and sweet flavors, resulting in a beautifully integrated Glenmorangie 15 YO. A gently spicy mouthfeel leads into a burst of sweet and spicy flavours, including heather honey, gingerbread, hazelnut praline, fudge, toffee and a touch of clove. Nuttiness from the Amontillado cask is always present, while a lingering aftertaste has touches of marzipan, coconut and freshly baked fruit loaf.

Glenmorangie's A Tale Of Tokyo is the fourth release in the 'Tale of' series and the first one to be partially aged in Japanese Mizunara oak casks. It's actually a marriage of whisky aged in both sherry and bourbon barrels as well as Glenmorangie whisky aged in the rare Japanese wood. It was all bottled together at 46% ABV and sports a label and packaging made in collaboration with celebrated Japanese artist, Yamaguchi Akira. It's their perspective of the city's contrasts and layers of history and culture that inspired the design. The whisky fuses notes of pepper with bitter cherries and mouth-watering orange zest with incense and sweet oak – a unique and complex flavour profile resulting from the recipe of Mizunara oak, Bourbon and Sherry casks. Inspired by his memory of entering a French pastry shop, Dr Bill Lumsden first brought a whisky of dessert like complexity to life in Glenmorangie The Nectar D’Or. Now, he has taken its swirls of sweet scents and spice to new heights of deliciousness, in our award winning Glenmorangie The Nectar. Aged longer, for 16 years, in an enhanced combination of bourbon and sweet white wine casks, this new whisky is even more sumptuous and complex. For extra depth and creaminess, silky Glenmorangie aged for 14 years in bourbon casks was selected. The whisky was then finished for two more years in a new combination of sweet white wine casks. Sauternes and Monbazillac casks from France bring sumptuous notes of pastry, brioche, meringue and baked apples. Moscatel casks from Spain offer sweet, syrupy dessert like notes. And Tokaji casks from Hungary, add white chocolate, almond and honeycomb flavours to their creation.
