Family Barrel Barossa Shiraz - selected single vineyard 40 year old vines. Shiraz showcasing layers of fruits, plum, cranberry & cherry ripe character. Aged in french & american oak 18 months. Basket pressed small open fermentation adds to the overall structure & finese of the wine.

Angas King selected small volume of premium fruit for this limited old vine Barossa Shiraz, producing our first reserve selection shiraz for Angas King range. Deep violet and garnet with aromas of spice and black berries,cloves and walnuts. A firm full bodied shiraz with the fullness of flavor of ripefruits. intergrated french oak maturation of 24 months finsihed with balance & harmony with long lasting length.

Typical characters include florals, orange blossom, jasmine and fruity with ripe mango, perfumed characters of musk, lavender and lychees. Powerful perfume that follows through into the mouth. Intense and long finish.
