This Sauvignon Blanc required the full season to ripen; this long process developed intense passionfruit and pawpaw aromas, with a palate of grapefruit and fabulous natural acidity that ensures a crisp clean finish.

Fiano is a rare white grape variety that is well matched to the cool climate of Hilltops, near Young, NSW. Fiano produces a refreshing wine with mandarin and fresh garden herb aromatics, the palate is textural and defined by lingerring lemon acidity.

The warm and dry 2017 vintage allowed perfectly ripe fruit to be harvested. The red plum and black cherry aromas lead to a fruit driven and softly textured palate with background vanillin and spice from oak barrel maturation.

The palate is both powerful and voluminous with layers of unravelling flavour of plumb and blueberry fruits balanced with very fine and structured tannins that linger.
