The Fish Cage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is from the bank of the Hunter River. A blend of two classic varietals; where the Semillon brings aroma of lemon curd, lime leaf and a textured lanolin palate; the Sauvignon Blanc adds exotic tropical fruit with juicy acidity. The warm and dry 2017 vintage allowed perfectly ripe fruit to be harvested. The red plum and black cherry aromas lead to a fruit driven and softly textured palate with background vanillin and spice from oak barrel maturation.

Hungerford Hill Chardonnay displays citrus aromas with nuances of nectarine, seasoned spicy oak and minerality on the nose. There is complex layers on the palate compose of great length of acidity balanced by nutty French oak flavours and lees characters.

An early ripening grape perfectly suited to the warm climate of the lower Hunter Valley. The small berries retain their acidity and produce fragrant white wines with intense flavour. the cool 2022 vintage has produced a beautifully aromatic wine with tropical fruit and refreshing natural acidity.

The savoury and smooth Tempranillo is complimented by thespicy fruit and structure of Graciano. The resultant wine has greater intensity, depth and length.

Tempranillo and Graciano grown on the red soils of the Hilltops region near Young, NSW; were vinified seperately before blending and matuaration. Shiraz from the hunter Valley is a distinctive and unique wine which ages gracefully. Vibrant red fruit aromas flow through to a medium bodied palate which is long and seamless.
