Pinot noir from the cool climate of Tumbarumba is fragrant with red cherries and spice, blended with the ripe blackberry and plum fruit of the Hunter Valley Shiraz. The resultant wine is a seamless blend of the two varieties which has both character and elegance. An early ripening grape perfectly suited to the warm climate of the lower Hunter Valley. The small berries retain their acidity and produce fragrant white wines with intense flavour. the cool 2022 vintage has produced a beautifully aromatic wine with tropical fruit and refreshing natural acidity.
