The Fish Cage Pinot Noir Shiraz is a blend of Tumbarumba Pinot Noir and Hunter Valley Shiraz. Pinot noir from the cool climate of Tumbarumba is fragrant with red cherries and spice, blended with the ripe blackberry and plum fruit of the Hunter Valley Shiraz. The resultant wine is a seamless blend of the two varieties which has both character and elegance. In the glass: Pale pink. On the nose: Musk, nectarine, peach and white grapes. On the nose: Plump, soft and full of fruit with a sweet mix of stonefruit, guava and grapes, a gentle balancing spritz and lovely texture adding to its charm. A very well made Moscato and true to style.

Hailing from the high-altitude region of Tumbarumba ensures this Chardonnay has intense fruit characters of peach and honeydew melon, while a small amount of malolactic fermentation has lead to a creamy palate.

Grown in the cool climate of Tumbarumba, the variety expresses honeysuckle and peppery notes. Wonderfully aromatic and textural.

Fume Blanc is produced from Sauvignon Blanc and is barrel fermented in french oak barriques. The beautiful Fume aroma of toasted oak is matched with tropical Sauvignon fruit.

Hand picked and wild fermented with natural yeast in older barriques; adding fabulous texture and weight to the quince and lime aromas.

Hungerford Hill Verdelho has proven itself to be best suited to warmer viticultural climates, such as the Hunter Valley, where a complex unwooded style flavour ripeness is achieved and expressed early in the growing season allowing a fuller flavoured aromatic white wine. Brilliant youthful green in colour. A pungent aroma of spicy citrus, musk stick and hints of lavender whilst the palate is constant and complemented with hints of lemon and passionfruit with a subtle linear acid structure.
