Jacob’s Cellar pays homage to Johann Gramp, who lived and planted his first vines on the banks of Jacob’s Creek in 1847. With these wines, we celebrate over 175 years of Australian winemaking heritage. Our Chief Winemaker selected the best parcels of grapes from a mix of premium regions throughout Australia to deliver this full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc.

With careful cellaring, this Jacob's Creek Classic Cabernet Sauvignon has developed into a beautifully balanced and elegant red. The vibrant crimson and purple hues have mellowed slightly, while the aromas of blackcurrant and cedar spice have deepened, now joined by subtle earthy and tobacco notes. On the palate, the dark berry and cherry flavours are smoother and more integrated, with the once-tight tannins now rounded and refined. The finish remains long and satisfying. A classic Cabernet that now shines with added depth—perfect alongside roast lamb or a rich beef dish.

Loads of flavour here, but not as much oakiness as you might think. Sure, it's there, but the vibrancy and depth of the fruit more than compensates. Dark fruit freshened by minty regional undertones, great length and smoothness brought about by 5 years in our cellar, and you have a terrific Coonawarra cabernet. With flavours that run from finely sliced nectarine to a tickle of mandarin and back to a hint of musk, the Jacob's Creek prosecco is equipped to take on the chill and sweetness of gelato. It has rose petal texture and grapefruit acidity, which makes drinking brilliantly fresh but dangerously easy.

A full-bodied Shiraz laden with dark, ripe fruits, with soft tannins for structure and balanced oak for spicy complexity. Ripe, juicy dark plums and vanilla with silky soft tannins, with spice from cedar oak. Enjoy with Hearty beef dishes and mature cheeses.

A juicy and vibrant Australina Pinot Gris with a little French style. This Pinot Gris exhibits generous, elegant fruit, with a floral texture and citrus finish.

A medium-bodied Pinot Noir featuring black cherry complemented by mature, spicy nuances. Well-integrated oak contributes to a lengthy and balanced finish. Flavors of black cherries and strawberries are enhanced by subtle charred oak and dusty tannins. Perfect for pairing with crispy skin duck.
