The grapes come from the best Chardonnay crus in Champagne including Oger, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Vertux. It is made with 40% reserve wines from Grands and Premiers Crus matured in Oak Cask and gets aged for 5 years in the Lanson House cellars before getting released.Lanson Blanc de Blancs is a gold luminous champagne with fine and lively bubbles. The nose reveal aromas of fine pastry, frangipane notes, candied citrus and fresh pear. Made with majority Chardonnay, it is a full, rich, and joyous Champagne, ideal for both aperitif hour and summer dining. Aged for a minimum five years, under the traditional Lanson technique that does not allow malolactic fermentation, this wine captures the fruit-forward refreshment that so encapsulates the house style. Made from the best grand cru grapes, it is a light neon pink in colour with a fine, persistent bead. On the nose, you will smell dried rose and rich cherry. The palate is a rounded delight, with ripe fruit and a thrilling line of acid.
