This range of wine is named for Celtic mythological characters of old. The Clurichaun is known as a bad tempered cousin of the Leprechaun, who resides in wine cellars around Ireland. If you are kind to the creature, he will take good care of your wines but if not, he will drink you out of house and home! With such amazing fruit, extreme care and attention to detail go into the production of this wine. The wine was small batch fermented with wild yeast and hand plunged a few times

Derek’s 90’s love-affair with dance parties and techno music hasinspired this range of red wines. The passion morphed with hisschool nickname Deadly Derek to became DJ Deadly. He used tomake CD for friends with his best DJ mixes and signed them Mixed by DJ Deadly. The Amplifier Chardonnay is just anotherone of his creations. With a light straw hue the nose opens with lifted melon, peach,grilled nuts and a clove/cinnamon like character on the nose.The palate is mid weighted but with good flavour intensity. Itshows succulent white peach and tinned pear juice with hints ofmint and mushy peas. With a lovely pithy texture on the palatedue to leaving the wine on lees in French oak. With the Frenchoak imparting subtle clove and biscuity notes, With crispbalanced acidity and good drive to the finish it is a lovelyapproachable wine that would go well with roast chicken andcreamy pasta dishes. Drink young while it is vibrant and fresh but will age in the medium term.
