The palate is long and tight filled with melon and stone fruit notes finishing with a crunchy, nectarine-like acidity. A balanced used of French oak provides mid palate structure and complexity. This wine is made to be enjoyed now or over the medium term.

Selected from the best rows off our small vineyard in the world famous Coonawarra wine region. The renowned quality of Coonawarra is a product of its thin rocky soils and underlying soft crumbly limestone which naturally produces balanced vine canopies and small crops of intensely flavoured fruit. Displaying delicate black and red fruits with lifted spice and floral notes. A finely structured Cabernet that will gain further complexity with cellaring.

Pure Semillon aromas of lemongrass and lime articulate the nose of this classic Hunter Semillon. The palate is intense yet elegant displaying mineral texture with great line and length. A wine of great drive, coupled with extraordinary finesse. Enjoy now or confidently cellar for the next 10-20 years.

Like ink spilt from a dripping fountain pen, this variety makes its mark as soon as it is poured from the bottle. Dark and inky with a vibrant aroma of dark blue fruits and a light frame of violets opens the nose before the palate reveals itself with a core of dark black fruits and red plums. Layers of schist and graphite like tannins support the weight of fruit with a bright acidity providing a refreshing finish. This wine suits itself well to pork sausages and hard cheese.

The 2014 Pinot Gris shows ripe pear and fig aromas melded with florals and spice notes. A rich fruit driven palate with a hint of spice and a long crisp finish.

This quintessential Coonawarra Cabernet has all the hallmarks of this classic style. A lifted nose of dried herb, bay leaf and bramble leads into a rich palate of cassis, cocoa and blackberry. The fruit weight is well supported by fine, silky tannins and natural, bright acidity. A wine to be enjoyed now, and will improve with short term cellaring.
