Selected from the best rows off our small vineyard in the world famous Coonawarra wine region. The renowned quality of Coonawarra is a product of its thin rocky soils and underlying soft crumbly limestone which naturally produces balanced vine canopies and small crops of intensely flavoured fruit. Displaying delicate black and red fruits with lifted spice and floral notes. A finely structured Cabernet that will gain further complexity with cellaring.

has enticing aromas of nashi pear, white florals, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it delivers ripe fig, apple, and peach flavors, balanced by crisp acidity. Rich yet vibrant, it finishes clean and long, showcasing a beautifully balanced modern Pinot Gris.

Dark fruits, medium bodied with fragrant spice, finishing with gentle tannins.

Soft rounded and fruit-driven this is a good example of the approachable easy drinking Merlot variety. Generous plummy flavour with just a touch of oak and light tannins make this wine enjoyable now.</p>

Pepper Tree have quickly established themselves as one of the showcases of not only the Hunter Valley region, but the other three regions where they source premium fruit from; Orange, Wrattonbully and Coonawarra. Award winning winemaker, Jim Chatto is at the helm of this progressive winery and here he produces a Cabernet Sauvignon of upmost class and complexity. A nice nose of cassis and dark berries with a hint of oak, ripe rich fruit that fills the mouth with blackcurrants and soft tannins.

Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.

The wine shows lifted tropical fruits with hints of musk, spice and citrus florals. A full flavoured fruit-packed palate, with ripe tropical fruits, well balanced with great mouth feel and a long crisp finish.

A multi-national blend of Hunter Valley and Marlborough, it is a classically expressive blend combining the tropical high notes of Sauvignon Blanc with the wonderful length and definition of Semillon. A vibrant and lively well balanced palate with a long and crisp finish.

Our Orange vineyard is situated on the volcanics slopes of Mt Canobolas in the Orange region. Grown at an altitude of 800 metres, our Riesling is a dry aromatic style with a perfumed nose of orange blossom and ginger spice that leads into a palate framed with citrus zest and a long refined finish. A wine of its own ancestry and heritage, Barbera has continued to move from an every day drinking wine into a more cult status and we are excited by what we see off our Wrattonbully vineyard. A bright wine that opens with cherry blossom and dried herb notes enticing you down the garden path into a palate of dark cherry and forest floor earth, where you can taste the sun dried herb notes and hints of pepper. This wine is lively and refreshing, drinking exceptionally well now.
