The juicy flavours from the nose continue with a mouth filling dark cherry and luscious cassis character matched with supple mouth filling tannin that gives a silken textural structure. The savoury cocoa and resinous spices from the oak and whole bunch fermentation help draw the red and blue fruits across palate melding to a complex and concentrated finish.

Pepperjack Certified has been created as the perfect match for prime red meat cuts. The blend consist of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from the iconic Barossa region and made with contemporary winemaking techniques. The result has produced a richly flavoured, characterful wine.

This pale pink Rosé has aromas of Fresh Strawberries with hints of juicy red cherries. Fresh juicy fruits continue on the palate with a hint of fresh cream.There is a lovely phenolic and acid balance that adds tension and mouthfeel giving the refreshing fruit flavours length.
